The Fundació Privada Pere Closa is a non-profit organisation based in Catalonia, with more than 25 years of experience promoting social inclusion, equal opportunities, and the active participation of Roma people. Its mission is to reduce inequalities and foster a more just and diverse society by working towards equitable access across key areas such as education, employment, health, and community participation.

The organisation develops programmes for children, young people, and their families, combining educational support, career guidance, community initiatives, and awareness-raising actions, with a strong focus on equity, empowerment, and inclusion. In addition, the foundation collaborates with professionals, institutions, and social stakeholders to promote inclusive practices, combat discrimination, and create more accessible and respectful environments. Through its work, it contributes to building more cohesive communities where diversity is recognised as a value and an opportunity.

Symplexis

Symplexis is a Greek non-for-profit organization that strives to ensure equal opportunities for all through actions and measures that build skills, empower and promote active engagement and participation focusing on the most vulnerable categories of the population and particularly those with fewer opportunities.

Symplexis’ mission is to elevate social cohesion through integrated actions and project-based activities that aim at promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged groups at risk of marginalization and exclusion, while promoting and protecting the rights of various types of population groups that face discrimination focusing on the empowerment and support of victims, awareness raising and information sharing at all levels.

Roma Resource Center

RRC was founded in March 2010. RRC is a non-profit and nongovernmental organization which aim is to contribute to achieving a multiethnic and transparent society, improvement of the educational structure of the citizens in North Macedonia, especially of Roma, protect human rights, promotion of social inclusion of marginalized groups, gender equality, and strengthening of personal capacities of youth, Roma women, and CSOs.

RRC is an experienced organization in managing EU projects and implementing activities on a local, national, and international level. RRC has cooperation with more than 30 NGOs, Roma and non-Roma NGOs, 18 municipalities, 40 primary schools, and 5 Universities in North Macedonia. Additionally, RRC has international cooperation with NGOs from Greece, Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Italy, and Turkey. RRC is the leading organization of two non – formal networks: 1) Network for inclusive education of Roma in North Macedonia and 2) Network for improving the equality of the minorities in North Macedonia.

Association for people with mobility problems and friends PERPATO

Perpato is a non-profit organization founded in 2002 in Komotini by disabled people, their families, and supporters, with the aim of improving quality of life and promoting the social inclusion of disabled people. Through a wide range of activities and services, the organization works to enhance accessibility, ensure equal participation, and remove the barriers that limit everyday life. At the same time, it provides support services, counseling, education, and community-based care, while actively contributing to the development of more inclusive local communities.

Perpato’s philosophy clearly states that disability does not stem from the individual, but from the barriers created by society and the state. Based on this understanding, the organization works to remove these barriers and empower disabled people to claim their rights and fully participate in all aspects of life. It also promotes changes in attitudes and practices by raising awareness and strengthening cooperation with institutions and stakeholders, aiming to build a society grounded in equality, respect, and inclusion.

Institute for Roma and Minorities Inclusion strives for a society where the target groups enjoy equal access to opportunities regardless of their ethnicity, have a voice in their community and society, and whose needs are tackled by the institutions that have a direct impact on their daily lives.

Our vision is based on universal standards and practices of civil society.  The mission is to empower vulnerable groups by supporting them with various formal and non-formal activities that enable them to become active citizens, influencing policies that are in their interests.

We operate through the following objectives:

1. Vulnerable groups have increased education and training performance

2. Vulnerable groups are active citizens shaping  policies that concern their interests, contributing to the well-being of the community and society

3. Decreased level of unemployed vulnerable groups

4. Vulnerable groups are providing/organising volunteer service in the local community and in European countries

Roma Center for Health Policies Sastipen

The SASTIPEN Association – Roma Center for Health Policies is a non-governmental organization founded in 2007, dedicated to improving Roma access to health services and promoting social inclusion. With over 15 years of experience, Sastipen implements integrated interventions in vulnerable communities, covering areas such as health, education, social assistance, housing, employment, and combating discrimination. The organization’s work focuses on two main areas: advocacy for equitable public policies and the provision of medical and social services at the community level, through integrated centers and a network of health mediators. Sastipen pays special attention to Roma women and girls, supporting their participation in community life and the prevention of domestic violence. Over 500 women have been involved in empowerment initiatives, and over 2,000 have been trained as health mediators. The organization also conducts research, monitors discrimination in the healthcare system, and provides professional training for specialists. Through collaboration with local and central authorities, Sastipen contributes to the development of public policies and to strengthening the capacity of Roma communities to actively participate in the decision-making process.

Research and Resource Center

Research and Resource Center was founded in November 2018. RRC is a non-profit and nongovernmental organizationwhich aim is to provide an analytical resources for different topics regarding the vulnerable categories of people iin Sweden, such us providing of capacity building program, learning activities for adults, and to support the integration process ofdifferent targets in the Sweden society especially the Roma and migrants.

RRC Sweden during his existence didn’t implement some serios projects. All the activities were voluntary based using the expertise of the founders of the organization such us small donations from different stakeholders and supporters.
